So after researching and reading many reviews and recommendations on the best flat iron I chose the GHD iv mk4 gold. I chose the wider panel as I have Long hair and a lot of it. It is better than I expected and I already had High Expectations. My total straightening time is under 20 mins and it does such a good job that I don't need to repeatedly run the same section through as I have had to do with past straighteners. Definitely invest in this straightener!

After reading several reviews, I decided to purchase the ghd for my 14 year old daughter. She has fine hair that is curly. Until now she was unable to straighten her own hair. With the ghd she can do it herself. It is lightweight and does the job in one pass. She likes her hair stick straight and this does just that! We had tried cheaper straighteners with poor results. The heat pouch is a nice bonus, it is great for traveling/storing.

I received my new Ghd Revolution flat iron yesterday, and I absolutely love it! After having a few inexpensive flat irons that didn't do a great job, I broke down and bought this one -- after seeing how great the results are, I wish I would have bought this years ago! After doing my hair with it today, I look like I just went to the salon. Get this flat iron...you won't regret it!

I have been straightening my hair for years using many different types of flat irons and none had been easier to use and has made my hair feel so soft and smooth than the Ghd Flat Iron. I have very thick and curly hair and it does wonders. It heats up very quickly and I never have to use the highest setting to get my hair straight, which I always have had to do on previous flat irons. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who is interested in a quality flat iron!

Great great great. This have a great heat and heat up quickly. Plates are very smooth and plates great size for my shorter hair and easy to style. Thoroughly recommend great buy no need to buy expensive straighteners when these are available hair stays straight all day no kinks great buy!

This is my first purchase of hair straighteners, and they work really well. They warm up quickly, as stated, and the price was reasonable, as they were in the sale when I bought them.
