I have naturally curly thick hair with a mind of it's own. So, I needed to tame the wild beast! I used cheapy Target Store or Walmart irons till they gave out. Then my hairdresser recommended I try the Ghd. I did and - WOW! It takes a fraction of the time and just glides over my hair like a magic wand. I love it. I'll never try anything else ever again. I don't worry about setting the hot iron on the counter anymore. I use the free heat pouch that came with it. My life just became easier. I look forward to doing my hair now. It 's fun!

This straightener is amazing while it lasts. i had mine for 4 years and it still worked perfectly. my hair is wavy and it worked perfectly until one of the sides snapped in half, but overall it is a good buy.

I have tried quite a few straighteners on the internet but this one beats them all! Having naturally curly hair can be a pain and for a change I love to straigten my hair,this one really works and does a great job.Easy to use,heats up fast and results last a few days unless it rains.Smooth hair quick as you only need to go over each section once or twice,highly recommend spending the money if you want a professional look.

Ilove this iron, its the best! I am with natural curly, kinky and wavy hair! This iron glided through with ease and cut down on straigtening time. My hair was very smooth and straight! I loved the results!
